At a meeting on Tuesday, EU finance ministers agreed on the compulsory automatic exchange of banking information between member states. No explicit agreement was reached on amendment of the Savings Directive, or on anti-fraud agreements with Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and Switzerland.
